The foundation of every strong ministry is preparation. We are committed to equipping Kingdom ministries worldwide with the resources, training, and support they need to stand firm in their calling. Whether through practical tools, biblical teaching, or strategic guidance, we ensure that those on the frontlines are strengthened and ready to advance the Gospel with clarity and conviction.
Empower
True transformation happens when ministries move in the power and authority given to them by Christ. We empower leaders and churches to step boldly into their mission, fully confident that they are not alone. Through encouragement, coaching, mentorship, and partnership, we help cultivate a spirit of faith, perseverance, and boldness that fuels Kingdom work across the nations.
Engage
The challenges of ministry are real, but so is the power of God working through His people. We stand with ministries as they engage their communities, face obstacles, and shine the light of Christ in dark places. Knowing they have steadfast support behind them, they can press forward with courage, bringing transformation, healing, and revival to a world in need.

Decades have been invested with key partners who are asking for authentic partnerships to assist them in reaching the untouchables in their cities. Our longstanding leadership experience and ministry experience puts us in a unique place to fulfill God’s mandate to change the world. EquiPower was created for this purpose. LEADERSHIP
Sam Scaggs, International Director
Sam came out of the “unreached world!” After a dramatic encounter with Jesus his life forever changed. He started his ministry among his people—jails and prisons.
From there, he began calling youth and young adults into the Kingdom. His ministry continued to grow through church planting all over the world. So far, Sam has traveled to over 130 nations and planted churches among many unreached people groups. Sam’s dedication and calling is to be a spiritual father and provide discipleship. Sam is married to a devoted wife of nearly 50 years and is dearly loved and supported by his adult children and grandchildren.
Equipping Events
Global Roundtable Summit
This Summit is an annual event held in a secure European location. The purpose of this event is to provide a safe space for key national leaders to be equipped and empowered to reach their nations for Christ.
Dates: June 16-19, 2026.
