Sam Scaggs has spent decades on the front lines of global missions, delivering ministry to 130+ nations across some of the world's most unreached regions.
His journey began when he travelled to Albania in 1991 — then considered the most unreached nation in the world — where he forged deep partnerships with local leaders and saw firsthand the transformative power of authentic, community-rooted ministry.
Shaped by missiologist Don Richardson's concept of redemptive analogies, Sam has built EquiPower around the conviction that every culture carries a unique "key" that unlocks the Gospel. His role as International Director encompasses strategic oversight, leadership mentorship, and the Bi-Annual Global Roundtable Summit.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

A Chemistry graduate from West Virginia University, Bill worked as a photojournalist before earning an MBA from Regent University. He now leads a Christian education foundation and serves as a key missions leader at his local church alongside his wife Sheri.
With over 30 years of pastoral experience, Bobby planted Crossroads Community Church in 1998. He is an author of discipleship books, a regional DOVE International Network leader, and the founder of the "Pray Winchester" city-wide prayer initiative.
Gordon has built and sold three companies across diverse industries. He currently leads Alchemy Consulting Group — a marketing agency serving 350+ businesses since 2003 — and Alchemy Precious Metals, bringing a Kingdom-minded approach to entrepreneurship.
Justin serves as a Middle School Bible teacher, investing in the next generation of leaders through discipleship, family counselling, and community outreach. His passion is raising up young disciples who carry the mission forward.
Mark brings 14 years of pastoral ministry and 32 years as a professional counsellor for individuals and couples. He has recently transitioned into life coaching and workshops, helping people navigate personal transformation through biblical foundations.
Founder of New Life Ministry and Nueva Vida rehabilitation centres, Paco is a former International Coalition of Apostles member and founder of the Hispanic Prayer Platform and #EQUIP movement. He ministers fluently in Spanish, English, Italian, and German.
Troy teaches biblical financial principles and the multiplication of Kingdom resources. He serves as a coach with Wealthbuilders.org, empowering believers to embrace financial freedom and deploy their wealth for eternal Kingdom purposes.
Beginning in ministry in 1989 as a youth and children's pastor, Vernon planted Abundant Life Church in Sarasota in 1999 and now leads it with a 10-member staff. Married for 45 years and a grandfather of eight, Vernon brings deep relational wisdom to the board.
