BACKGROUND

The men on the EquiPower Leadership Team are not superficial members. These men have been in the fire and tested. I can attest that each of them is a capable leader. Each member brings integrity and diverse leadership training skills. I am honored and humbled to call them my brothers.

Team ministry is a core value rooted in true biblical accountability.  Each of them brings many valuable skills to EquiPower but one key reason for this specific group of members rests on that “There is safety in the counsel of many” Proverbs 11:14.
